Wednesday Meal
Meals for Youth Group and After School Kids
One of the areas that requires volunteer help to make it succeed is providing meals
for the Youth Group and After School Kids programs.
If you would like to volunteer something for the Wednesday meal,
please see Sharon K. who coordinates this meal.
The 5:00 Meal is for EVERYONE.
Children who want to stay, as well as their families, are invited to join us.
Youth who are are coming to youth group are invited.
The Youth Group and the Wednesday After School groups are both going strong.
Thanks for the support everyone has given for the youth ministries.
Both groups share a meal time together at 5:00PM.
That gives the youth an hour for their activities.
The purpose for the meal time is as follows:
1) Gives the Youth Group a time of fellowship and sharing prior to curriculum
2) Provides a time for open invitation to families who are bringing or dropping off their
children, or for anyone who wants to be here.
3) Removes a barrier for families because they won’t need to hurry between work and
picking up their kids or dropping off their youth.
4) Provides a way for families to be able to come any time Wednesdays beginning at 3:15 and staying through choir without having to worry about how to do supper.
