This month our movie is just a holiday movie I think everyone should see.
“White Christmas”
It is one of the quintessential feel good movies ever created.
Starring Bing Crosby, Danny Kaye, Rosemary Clooney, and Vera Ellen,
it is the story of two vaudeville performing joined by wartime serendipity.
Together with an act of sisters they help a retired general realize his time has not past.
Add in the music of Irving Berlin and you have a truly marvelous motion picture.
“White Christmas” is 120 minutes long.
The showing will be Saturday December 17, 2011 at 5:00PM in the Fellowship Hall.
A Potluck Dinner will be included.
What could be better than watching a show with a friend?
The answer is watching a show with a friend that also provides a great lesson.
North Highland and Kevin Nakajima wish to invite everyone to come and watch
a different show every month that may create new meaning through enlightening life lessons.
Discussion may occur afterward depending on the mood of the group.
