NORTH HIGHLAND UNITED METHODIST CHURCH
A COMMUNITY OF PRAYER
YOU ARE INVITED TO BE PART OF
THE PRAYER MINISTRIES

“PRAYERS OF THE PEOPLE.”
Within the Sunday Worship Service, prayer requests are spoken or
may be submitte to the pastor before the service in writing.

INTENTIONAL PRAYER TEAM
The Intentional Prayer Team is a group of peole who receive a prayer focus for the week.
This focus is added to the person's daily prayers. If you would like to be a part of the
Intentional Prayer Team, email or send your name and address to Pastor Sheila

Everyone is invited to IN THE MORNING.
It is a quiet time to share the joys of the week, sing, reflect on a short passage of Scripture and pray.
Please enter quietly. You may bring your favorite Bible and a journal or notebook.
The group meets from 8:30 A.M. - 9:15 A.M on Tuesdays

In this electronic age, people still enjoy receiving cards and letters in times of joy and in times of sorrow.
NHUMC has an active CARD CARE MINISTRY. IF you would like to be part of that ministry, please share your email address with Pastor Sheila. revrich@abe.midco.net
When there are concerns in the parish such as times of crises or the joys of celebrations, you will be notified by email. You will receive the name and the mailing address. You are invited to send a card to that person or family. It’s not necessary to buy cards. A short handwritten note brightens the day for those who receive. It’s not necessary to respond to EVERY request.
This is your invitation to join our CARD CARE MINISTRY. Thanks to all who are already part of this important caring ministry.
Peace, Pastor Sheila revrich@abe.midco.

Prayer Chains
Immediate prayer requests for the prayer chains may be made by calling Pastor Mark at 226-1279 or sending an email to pastormark@nvc.net. The prayer concerns are shared with those on the prayer chains, by phone or by email. If you wish to be on one of the prayer chains, please notify Pastor Mark.

You may request prayers for yourself or others by contacting Pastor Mark in person, by phone, or sending an email.
