Rev. Sheila Richards, Pastor Emeritus
Reverend Sheila Richards was the pastor of North Highland from 1992 until 2000. At that time she was called to be District Superintendent of the South East District. She served in that position for six years. She retired in 2006. She was called to serve an interim as pastor in White River and Mission. She later served an interim as pastor in Groton and Conde. She continues in her ministry as Pastor Emeritus at North Highland.
