Nursery Updating

As many of you know, North Highland’s nursery was in need of some updates. Many of the toys were beyond cleaning, there were chairs but no table, and the open cabinet needed to be replaced with a closed cabinet. The Missions Committee held a fundraiser lunch after church on October 25th, and with the generosity of the people of this church, money was raised to proceed with the updates. Any extra money will be placed in the Mission Committee account as a separate line item. The only time that money will be spent is when the committee is told something needs to be purchased for the nursery.

 Thank you to all who attended the fundraiser lunch and gave your support to this project. We also appreciated all the salads and items for the bake sale.

 Amazing is a word that would adequately describe the generosity of North Highlanders. Thank you also to Heidi  for submitting a proposal containing suggestions for the updates to the nursery.
