 rch invites the community to come together and share the warmth — litera
 lly — during its annual Coat Drive for Kids and Adults.\nThe Coats for K
 ids and other folks coat drive kicks off on Saturday\, September 26 with a
  float in the parade! Help spread the word and warmth in the Aberdeen area
 .\nFrom September 26 through October 26\, 2026\, the church will be collec
 ting new and gently loved winter coats for people of all ages. Whether it
 ’s a tiny toddler puffer or a cozy adult parka\, every donation makes a 
 difference.\nDrop-off locations include:\n\nNorth Highland UMC\nDrop boxes
  can be found at the following participating local businesses (beginning S
 eptember 27): Ken's\, Kessler's\, Red Rooster\, Aberdeen Federal Credit Un
 ion\, Healthcare Plus FCU\, Dakotaland FCU\, Plymouth Congregational\, Ald
 ersgate.\n\nThe Big Giveaway:Coats will be distributed on Saturday\, Octob
 er 31 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at North Highland UMC. Everyone is wel
 come — Come for warmth and kindness.\nWinter shouldn't be a burden. With
  a little help from our neighbors\, we can make sure no one has to face th
 e cold alone. One coat can make a big difference.\nSo\, clean out your clo
 sets\, check your coat racks\, and spread the word. Your unused coat could
  be someone’s only shield against the chill.\nFor more information or to
