Minor League MVPs: Obadiah – "Bench-Clearing Brawls"
Rivalries can be entertaining on the baseball field, but when pride, resentment, and unforgiveness take root in our hearts, everyone loses.
In Week 5 of the series, we explored the shortest book in the Old Testament and discovered how the ancient conflict between Edom and Israel warns us about the danger of letting old hurts shape our lives. Obadiah reminds us that God calls us to lay down our pride, choose compassion over revenge, and become peacemakers who reflect the heart of Christ.
